I am unable to download my certificate

I have recently attended a 5 day course on :    

Embed - State Charts    -
Embed - Firmware Development using the Texas Instruments F28069M    -
Embed - Introduction to Embedded Development using the Arduino Uno    -
Embed - Getting Started    -
Embed - Advanced Features

But I am unable to download my certificate as the status is not yet updated to Completed.

Also In need of  the training document.

Request for your kind support in this regard.

    You should now have access to your certificate. If you need assistance printing your certificate, please refer to this article KB0122223: Print your own certificate.
