Inspire Extrude Polymer Corrugated Pipe Simulation

Hello

I am a Student using Inspire Extrude Polymer for my final thesis. I was wondering if there is any way of simulating the hole Manufacturing process of a corrugated pipe. If you can provide any CAD model for the process too I would be very grateful

Holes in corrugated pipes are made after the pipe is extruded. this is not the scope of Inspire Extrude.
