why Hyperwork CFD not launchng Acusolve

Hello Altair community 

I am working on the Hyperwork CFD for multiphase modeling. I am a newbie in hyper work CFD. After defining geometry physics and meshing when I launched the acusolve, the simulation does not start. Is anything wrong with my software? I am using a licensed version of Hyperwork CFD 2020. I tried several times when I Click on RUN tab. There is no change in model, no analysis occurs. Please guide me why my simulation are not working?

Hi!

Please make sure that you have the hwcfdsolvers package installed. If you type "Acusolve Job Launcher" in windows search do you find anything? Also, you can confirm if the interface points correctly to the AcuSolve installation: In the Run tab it should show the path to the acuRun.bat as in the picture.

Alternatively, it could be an issue with the path to your current model. Please avoid using spaces or special characters in model name and also in the folders name. If there are any, rename and try again.
