Where can I download the help documentation for Hyperworks 2021?

Hello,

I can't find the documentation download on the Altair One apps page. I was able to download the documentation for the solvers, but not for Hyperworks Desktop applications like Hypermesh. Having the files locally is much faster than going through the internet for everything.

    You can find the HyperMesh help documentation through Altair Marketplace. See screenshot below. Here is also a direct link for you: https://altairone.com/Marketplace?app=HyperMesh

    Hi Wesley,

    Thanks for your response. Although this looks like it has all the same information (in a giant PDF), I'm looking for the HTML help package that can usually be installed alongside Hypermesh. It allows search, for example, and is usually accessed via "F1" or via the help toolbar in the application.

    For future reference the online help product documentation can be found within the "Knowledge Base" section of Altair One.

    Right, that is the documentation I am looking for, but I want it installed locally so I don't need to go through the internet to access it. In past versions of Hyperworks, that entire documentation would exist here essentially:

    C:\Program Files\Altair\2021\help

    Is that no longer possible, starting with 2021?

    If you do not see the help documentation there that is because it was not installed in the beginning. You will need to download the executable shown below.

    It can be found with this link (https://connect.altair.com/CP/dw-suite.html) after selecting "Simulation Products."

    Thanks, that's what I was looking for. I'm not sure why it would exist only on Altair Connect but not Altair One Marketplace. Perhaps that is a mistake. Only the Solver Help can be found on the Marketplace.

    I agree with you. This needs to be also available within Altair One Marketplace. Sorry for the confusion it caused.
