Hyperview - while using multi window and 2 or more result files

Hyperview - while using multi window and 2 or more result files , when I right click and select apply all, it will show similar results, display settings , legend etc. for all window.

 

BUT - some how , most of the time when I RIGHT click - , it does not show any menu to select. It happens almost alway. Very rarely it will show the menu when I right click while post processing results.
