Was the mesh created in HWCFD 2021.2? There is a hotfix (2021.2.1) for the Desktop product. This is the hotfix information for HyperWorks CFD 2021.2.1 (part of the Desktop product):

Resolved Issues
• Volume mesher creates negative jacobian elements.
• Remeshing after wrapping was creating skewed elements.

I would suggest installing the 2021.2.1 hotfix to see if the negative Jacobian elements don't get created...

Connect/AltairOne shows the release date for 2021.2.1 Desktop Hotfix was 13 Jan 2022. (That is to be installed in addition to/after 2021.2 - not instead of.)
