Error message while trying to load a model

Hello everybody,

 

everytime i try to load a scooter model, 27 error messages appear. Unfortunaly i have no idea what they mean or how to fix them, maybe someone can help me with that.

Would you be able to share the model here with some more details ?

1) which version are you getting these errors ?

2) What version was the scooter model originally created or saved ?

Hello Praful,

yes i can share the file with you, but here i only can share the model itself, i got 4 more folders that i can't upload here, i dont know if they are important, if you need the folders, I can email them to you.

 

I am using the 2020.1 version of motion solve and hyperworks, i also installed both hotfixes for each of them.

 

Unfortunately, I have no information about the scooter model itself because I got it from Mr. Grasmannsdorf and he didn't explained anything to me about the scooter model.

i couldnt post anything here in this forum since i am new here, their was a technical error, thats why some of my questions are duplicated here, this wasnt intended by me, i know we solved the problem in my case(ticket).
