Segmentation error

When loading any model in HW CFD, and starting any command (or trying to zoom or pan model) I get a segmentation error and HW CFD is closed. I tried to use current solutions, like deleting settings files. But I noticed that when starting HW CFD the settings files are never created. (I work on a local server, on a different server, this problem never occurs)

    Can you provide more information about system?

    Also, is this occuring with particular models?

    I work on server with Windows Server 2012R2
    Intel Xeon Platinum 8168, x64, 384 Gb Ram, graphics card Matrox G200eW3

    With all the models I opened thus far (both cad and hm files), I got the same problem.

    Can you provide the information from the other tab: System Information as well? 

    It contains info on graphics card/driver etc .

    I just had contact with support. Apparantly the graphics card is not supported to work with Hyperworks,

    That would have been my guess - the unsupported graphics card.
