Alignment error

Hello all,
I am trying image correlation in Hyperview using image planes. However, whenever I am trying to alignment the nodes and the pixels from the data that I have, the error value is always going beyond 1500 and both the videos are not getting aligned.

Can somebody suggest me how I can align the simulation videos and the testing videos that I have for image correlation?

I am trying to overlay a video and simulation, but the error for alignment is more than 1000. I don't understand why it is so big although I am selecting the exact locations on both the images.

I have added the files here as well. Can you please help?
