How to switch to Classic Mode? Getting error

When I click on ‘Switch to Classic Mode’ I get following message:

Am I missing something from the Monarch application.

    It appears that the Microsoft SQL Server 2017 localDB is not installed on your PC.

    Monarch classic needs the Microsoft SQL Server 2017 localDB  software for its internal usage.

    Check Programs and Features (Control panel> Programs and features) and if you cannot see the the Microsoft SQL Server 2017 localDB software then install it.

    By the way when you install Monarch Desktop, the installation program will install the Microsoft SQL Server 2017 localDB software if it does not exist.

    Have Microsoft SQL Server 2017 LocalDB software installed.
