"Could not find Compute Console Script. Please install Solvers"
Hi there! Does anyone know what this means exactly? I've downloaded version 2022.2 straight from Marketplace and while I can set up my model, I'm struggling to run a solve.
Optistruct does appear to be activated ...
Thanks

Hello Shindy,
Did you install at the same time "mechanical solvers"?

Hi Marine!
When downloading the software, I don't think I came across an option to select that...
Do you know how I may be able to go back and check or download that?

Hi Marine,
I've got it working now. Turns out I had the mechanical solver files in a different directory. Thanks for your help!

Hi,
I had the exactly same issue as Shindy and i also checked the OptiStruct from "Solver Interface" tab.
And i haven't downloaded Mechanical Solver file yet from website. I immediately installed Mechanical Solvers and tried again. But i couldn't run my analysis again. The warning was again "Could not find Compute Console Script. Please install Solvers".
All my files about hypermesh are located in the "C:\Program Files\Altair" so i also installed my Mechanical Solver to same adress. But like i said, still having same issue "Could not find Compute Console Script. Please install Solvers".
Can you help me solve this problem?

HERE SAME ISSUE AM FACING ?
Please refer to the accepted solution. You need to also install the Mechanical Solvers with the Desktop exe using the Hyperworks Product installer per recommendations in the installation guide.
