un favor grande cuando estoy en este paso dentro del edem , el programa se me borra solo . me podran brindar un soporte

    Hi Jhonathan,

     

    Apologies for replying in English, I understand you are having problems with adding a factory in EDEM.  If you are seeing a crash when adding the factory this may be related to the computer graphics, can you try updating the your graphics card drivers and ensuring that your version of Windows is up to date.  If you continue to see problems can you try saving the file to a different location.  If it is just this file can you e-mail me the simulation and we'll review it.
