Missing Certificate of attendance

Hi Altair Team,

I attended Radioss FSI webinair in November, 2023. Lectures were given by Mr. A. Robért. Unfortunately, the certificate of attendance cannot be issued as the level of completion is stuck at 0%. Would it be possible to update this status?
