Request for Instructor Led Training Course Certificate Download

I recently attended the 5-day MotionView/MotionSolve Introduction course from August 28th to September 1st. I would like to request assistance in downloading my course certificate.

I have attached a screenshot of my learning record from the Altair One platform. While I successfully completed the course and ticked the square checkbox, I noticed that the round checkbox, which should have been automatically applied, remains unchecked.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed with downloading my course certificate and address the issue with the round checkbox not being checked?

We just updated the attendance report - you should be able to download your certificate from the course now.
