I am trying to get the displacement data (every single node) for a conveyor belt mesh after a wear simulation.

It would be possible to export the data via File > Export > Results Data and save this as a .csv if this is helpful?
You can choose a query for each node, for example in the screenshot below I'm exporting Z position of node 1 of 'new section 0' geometry. If this is exported at different points in time you can see the displacement So long as the number of nodes doesn't change each one will always be written to the same column in the .csv file.
