Why can't I download my training certificate after participating in the courses?

Hello

I have participated in some courses, and for a few of them, the certificate link was appeared on the event page in learn.altair.com record of learning. for many of them, the certificate is not ready, and it is not clear what I could do to request the certificate, there is a tick of completion, that I check ,but nothing specific happens. 

 

I also participated in Radioss FSI course, but the certificate was restricted. I have so many more that I am waiting for, and there is no way to signal or do anything about it. where do I get help?

    Hi,

    First, you have to enroll in the course. If the course is self-paced, you can go through it at your own pace. Once you have completed watching all the videos/PDFs, the course progress bar will reach 100%, and you will receive a certificate afterward. If it's an interactive course, attending all the live sessions will entitle you to receive the certificate.

    Dear Payal, the reason I have contacted you, is that I "Have Participated" in all of these courses, and they are all instructor lead that I am asking why I have not received the certificate! Since in an instructor led course , I need to receive the certificate once I have participated in all courses. I do need your help and attention to resolve this issue.
