when I run S-Frame, I got a problem of "zero moment of inertia about z axis" for a section 2L102X76X7.9, how can I deal with this issue?

    Hi Harry,

Thanks for getting in touch.  This message should not be thought of as an error, but rather something the solver in S-FRAME wants to make you aware of.

For steel database sections, S-FRAME will read the section properties from the steel database verbatim.  In the case of some section databases, certain values are not provided, and as such S-FRAME will keep the magnitude of that property as zero.  S-FRAME's solver will then report if that section property is zero, during analysis.

If you do want to remove this message, you can always enter a non-zero value for the moment of inertia about the Z-axis.
