Which version of PamCrash/HyperView are you using, Do you still get the issue with the latest 2022 release of HyperView? perhaps it is just a version capability (there is a a comment in the 2022 release notes about support: 'The PAM-CRASH ERF (HDF5) and DSY readers are enhanced to handle higher version result files' but it does not say exactly which version is now supported)

I am using HW2020. Not very old though. But I checked in our IT services and HW2022 is not yet available for us (Airbus). Could you please help me out as its an urgent issue.

Which version of PamCrash are you using?, can you share a results file (just of a plate or something to test the reader) We can see which if any version can read it.

The PAMCRASH model I have is from a supplier and cannot be shared. PAMCRASH is not available at Airbus. We use LSDYNA instead. But some of our suppliers do use PAMCRASH and we have to review the model with the tools we have at Airbus. At the moment we dont have any other postprocessor that can read PAMCRASH hdf5 files other than Hyperview. But it is strange that we cant import it in the Hyperview 2020.
I am getting this error ''Failed to attach results''

Ok, can you find out from your supplier which version of Pamcrash they are using? It may not be strange that Hyperview 2020 can't read it if they are using a version of Pamcrash that was released more recently. The results readers are updated with each release and will normally lag the Pamcrash results file formats by a version, so if the Pamcrash release is from after 2019 you may need to use a newer version of HyperView.
