Generation of Hexahedral Mesh on complex geometries

Dear Communities,

I am Vaibhav Kulkarni. I need pure hexahedral mesh on human body parts such as Human skull, femur, shoulder for my project work. I have attempted to generate pure hexahedral mesh using Hypermesh on human shoulder. But, I am facing difficulties in generating Hex mesh using Hypermesh. I am attaching screenshot of geometry of shoulder part along with.

Can anyone from community help/guide me about producing such hex  mesh on complex geometries using Hypermesh software?

    Meshing is just Mathematics. For complex geometry, it's NOT sure you can have a mathematical solution. So HEXA meshing is not always possible.

    In your case, I think you need do a lot of geometrical simplifications and a lot of works if you look for "pure Hexa" meshing.
