Altair inspire personal edition installation error

Hi,

I am having trouble installing the Inspired Personal Edition. It appears that there is a problem downloading the manifest2024.json file. Could you please assist me in solving this issue?

    It looks like this issue has come up a few times recently, with the common answer being to raise a support case ticket to get personalized help.
