Best practice for 2D mesh

Hi All,

Please see the attached figure. I have a simple 2D surface with curves. I would like to have 5 elemenets on each curve but at the same time I want the min. angle criterion to be larger than 30 degress. I couldn't find a way to fulfill both requirements.

The figure shows on the left side what I can do with HW. On the right side is something I did with a competitor product, just for reference.

Do you know how can I do that?

Hi Amir,

To get the number of elements as 5 in specific area/curve, you can remesh those elements (Shortcut key F12) and by left clicking on the number you can increase the number of elements on the curve (as shown below):

You can also explore the options from the panel shown below :

Also take a look at "edit criteria" and "edit parameter" (2D > rebuild mesh) for more options:
