HyperForm One-Step is using Krupkowski-Swift material model. How can I use other material cards/models (e.g. Johnson-Cook, MAT/LAW36) to be consistent to our model database?
Hi Arno Heidkamp,
What i understood from your query is, currently Krupkowski-Swift material model used for HyperForm One-Step.
After forming do you want perform any other analysis using Radioss correct?
Regards
Harish
Hello Harish, exactly. For consistency, forming and any folowing simulation should be carried out with the exact same material. Regards,
Arno
You can use the Elasto-Plastic Johnson-Cook Model (SWIFT) MAT/LAW2 or /MAT/PLAS_JOHNS for Radioss simulations.
Also refer RD-E: 2500 Spring-back example file from the Radioss help document.
This example explains the explicit stamping simulation is followed by a spring-back analysis using implicit or explicit solvers for stress relaxation.
