Instead of manual or auto mesh, is there any tricks to perform with good flow quality mesh in Hypermesh?
and can we use tcl script to Mesh the geometry?
Yes, you can do meshing with TCL script. But remember that TCL script can not replace you. The script is used for automatization task.
