Hi , i would like to create a cylindrical part without volume , a pipe with no thickness , I can't do that in inspire .

I've tried to create a cylinder and remove the ends , but i don't know how...

I've tried to draw a circle and extrude it but it gives a solid cylinder .

Have you any answer about that?

thank you

    Hello,

Unfortunately I do not know any direct way.
One could construct an open cylinder and make a surface out of midsurface. (see picture).

    Best Regards,

    Mario

    Hello again,

    I have another suggestion.
You can sketch and extrude 2 semicircles (different parts).
You can also combine them in the end by boolean operation.

    See picture sequence.

    Best Regards,

    Mario
