License problem with 'INSPIRE' software

When I run the software, the window 'License setting' appears with the warning 'License not valid'. I put the file named 'altair_lic.dat' in the folder 'security' of the Inspire program's path as requested. I don't know how to resolve this problem, please help me.

    We can't see your license details in community forums. You should contact Altair technical support directly for this via Tech support (or in Italy local email is 'support@altairengineering.it') for proper help.

    I see you are trying to use it as a local license? Are you sure what you have is a local license? These are rarely cut in practice, it is more likely to be a server licence, requiring you to run a license server for it (this can still be your local machine)

    In either case, local/server licenses are cut to a specific machine ID so maybe the details are wrong on it, or your license doesn't include inspire feature?

    It should be an easy fix for tech support team anyway. Good luck.
