the cause simsolid crash

I imported the file to simsolid, it crashed before end to import.

I retried several times, couldn't import any times.

What's the cause?

Please teach me what to do.

    1. What version of Simsolid are you using?

    2. What is the file format?

    3. What is the CAD reader that you are using?
