How to redifine the mesh density above another that already is for CFD?

Hi, I wanted to do a simulation of a 2D-problem, but when I did the mesh it is obtained differnte size of elements for the left-face and up-face, what I wanted is the left-face obtaine the size of the up-face. I defined both two face wit the same size in the meshcontrol, but at the moment of truth this doesn't happen, so I want to know if it's possible change this above the mesh that alrady is, or if there is some parameter in the meshcontrol that allows to establish the number of element or node for a face or edge.

I appreciate any help.
