Hyperview 2019.1 wont load H3D

Hello,

I'm trying to open a 145MB H3D file in hyperview 2019.1 but it seems to get stuck and go non responsive when loading and saying committing geometry. Is this a known error?

The H3D file opens in other commercial post processors, just not hyperview.

145MB is really NOT a big file. How about hardware of your PC? CPU? RAM?

We don't see any issue as such related to the file size.Please give a try by clearing setting files mentioned in below post.
