Result Tab is not showing.

I am trying to perform Normal Modes analysis on a model. I have saved the file and when I click on OptiStruct, the solve runs but it does not how the result tab. I am getting confused to obtain the results. I am attaching the screenshot below. Please help me if possible.

As I have shown in the screenshot below, once click on the left side of the button that says HyperView, the HyperView button will appear as clickable. If you then press this button, the results will open in a new page ( HyperView).

I have tried using this but my HyperView Button still remain unclickable.

If the solution is completed successfully, perform the following action.

1- ) Open a second page in the HyperWorks Desktop interface.

2-) Open the result file with *.H3D extension in the solution folder.

I can't locate a H3D file in the folder. I think the H3D file is not generating in my case. My other analysis are working fine but problem persists with this model and analysis only.
