I was using the 2017 version and now that I have downloaded the latest version 2022, the full vehicle option does not appear. How can I install it?Thank you very much,

Have you tried loading the Vehicle Dynamics Preference from File > Load > Preference File > MBD-Vehicle Dynamics Tools?
