Could be graphics or graphics driver related? Does your machine meet the required specs? Radeon with 20.Q3/Q4 driver or Nvidia with 451.77 driver? It is also recommended to switch off Optimus (graphics selection between Nvidia/built in) if you have a laptop.0

Geforce are not 'officially' supported, (only quadro cards). But it should still work I think (the geforce has high enough opengl support level) Did you try disabling 'optimus' in bios?Irman Khalif said:hello, my graphic card is nvidia geforce mx150 and the driver has been updated to nvidia 512.15 version but the problems still didnt solve yet, is there any more problems i could check at my laptop?

Hi, no that is just the Nvidia Settings, the fact you have that option in there suggests optimus is switched on I think. To change the bios settings you will need to reboot and during the bootup process press f2, this will take you into bios setup, the feature you need to change may be called optimus, or it might be described as hybrid or dedicated graphics (you want it set for dedicated high performance graphics, not hybrid)

Hmm, yes, optimus looks like it is on in dxdiag, and I googled and Acer bios do not have the option to turn it off since the hardware configuration in acer does not have that capability.
Have you an external monitor you can connect with hdmi? If you can try that to see if it helps, I think this then uses the nvidia card by default. If that works, maybe we can look for another workaround to get it working on laptop display

Sorry, Not sure what else to suggest then, as I said in previous post, geforce cards aren't officially supported so it may just be that.Irman Khalif said:Hi again, i do have an external monitor, but it seems the model view still blank and blackened like usual when i connect it to my laptop thru hdmi
