how to check whether altair control setup is installed

Hi,

I need to carry out administration of HPC Altair access PBSWORKS 2020.1. However, I can not find altair control setup in the head node/secondary node. there is a directory called altair_control but when try to restart the service acs it says acs not found. Also, services are not accessible as per documentation given at the time of installation. Can anybody please guide
