modelling isotropic antenna

Hi!

 

I want to construct hypothetical antenna (isotropic antenna) in FEKO . I want to replicate one of the IEEE papers FEKO simulations, I have tried number of times but unable to get the plot . Below I am attaching the image which has FEKO plot . The details are as follows

 

The variation of electric field strength between a half wave dipole antenna and hypothetical (isotropic ) antenna . The frequency used is 1GHz , the relative  permittivity of ground is 4 and conductivity is 2e-4. 

 

BELOW IS THE FEKO PLOT ENCIRCLED IN YELLOW BORDER . I am unware of modelling of isotropic antenna with gain 1. Please guide me in modelling so that I can get graph just like below.
