Motion Solve doesn't run the analysis

Hi,

I am quite new to Altair products, so I am sorry if this topic has already been covered. I did search everywhere I could for an answer.

I ran an analysis of the front of a FSAE vehicle and it worked the first couple of times, but now it just goes as far as writing the .xlm file and stops. Leaving me with empty reports.

I am afraid this has something to do with the student license or improper installation. I did try to reinstall it, unfortunately, the problem persisted. The version I have is the 2021.2 Student version for Windows 10 (64).

One other possibility that comes to my mind is that I might be saving the files in the wrong folder, as I just chose one to my liking. This folder is in a external hard drive, by the way.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can solve this problem?
