Cannot register to april webinars (confliting sign-ups)

Hi, I want to register to these instructor-led webinars:

Inspire for Structures (april 15th)

Inspire for Geometry (april 18th)

However, I get a conflicting sign ups message. After checking my agenda I have no registrations on this week, Could you please help? Thank you
