How can I make a constrain that only allows rotation in X axis?

Hi everyone,

This is a underframe of a freightcar:

and I would like to know how to apply a constrain that only allows the rotation un la X axis and the displacement in the Z axis, like this:

I have tried applying "Slider Support" but this do not allow the rotation in X axis.
