Connectors Bolts Failed!!

Hi to everyone,

i'm an aerospace engineer and this is my first time i write in this forum. I'm a Cad designer and I'm studing Hypermesh modeling. I followed several online courses and now I encountered a problem using bolt connectors. I have two solid parts, one partially inside another (see Img 1)<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>Img 1.jpg

 

These parts are connected using bolts, and I want to simulate these connections using bolt connectors in hypermesh. The problem is that it's possible to use bolt connector (bolt washer 1 cbar with steel properties) in some holes (Img 1, yellow RBe2 and cbar elements), instead in other holes this is not possible. The connector become red and a message appears on connector panel (see Img 2)Img 2.jpg

Wat does it means? What is the problem encountered?

    Hi,

     

    Can you increase the tolerance and check if this solves your problem?

     

    If not, share the .fem file of the region where you are facing the issue

    Thank you for the quick reply. I've tried to increase the tolerance (my hole's diameter is 5mm and i setted tolerance to 7) but nothng is changed. Here attached th .fem file. Thank you very much.
