I have tried 2d mesh using hypermesh, its not going well. It's creating a rectangular kind of mesh which is completely incorrect. It's not meshing the entire model, please clear my doubt.

When I meshed using automesh in 2D, it doesn't mesh the entire model. It forms some rectangular mesh inside the tank, not even covering the entire tank. How to solve it?

The element size must be compatible with the geometry unit system. There are thousands of videos about HyperMesh on YouTube. I suggest you watch videos explaining the basics of HyperMesh.

For element size, you should check the dimensions of the model beforehand. When importing the CAD file, you can use the SCALE function to make the necessary correction.
