Question when export results with large number of particles

Hi,

For example, I had a simulation with 100000 particles, when I export the stress tensor with selection standard, the data cannot be loaded correctly in the csv file, are there any method to solve this problem?

    Hi Raheem,

     

    I would expect the data has been written to the .csv file OK however if you are opening with Excel then it's Excel which has limits on number of columns (16384).  In the EDEM Analyst > File > Export > Results Data > General tab it has the option to include line break at user defined number of columns which would split this to the next row.

    However if you need this data it will make it difficult to post-process, you could consider using another tool such as https://altair.com/compose-usage-options/
