How you start your app?
It looks like you start from C:\WINDOWS\system32\ folder?
Hyperworks saves the file "command.tcl" in start folder. If you don't have writing permission, you got error.
Try to run from another folder?

Hi, I am getting the same error, how can I run from another folder ?
go to 'Start' menu and find the HyperMesh / HyperWorks icon that you usually use to run the program.
Right click, and you will have a 'Go to Folder' or something like that.
Once you are there, right click the icon of the program, and go to 'Properties'.
Check the 'Start-in' directory there. This directory needs to point somewhere where you have writting permisions, which is not the case of Program Files, in general.
So change the 'Start in' to somewhere else, like c:/HM_temp/
