Redefine break angle for face selection?

Hi, is it possible to redefine the break angle for face selection? I've got an stl file of a part that needs boundary conditions on the inside of two holes. However, due to the stl file, the edges are not at a sharp 90 degree angle and when selecting the faces for a BC setup, the whole part gets highlighted. How can this be remedied?
