Using TCL,How to create user defined panel for the entities like components/sets and delete by by choosing them

I want create user defined panel which contains list of entities  and I want to delete by choosing

    Hi

    The lists are found in the Model Browser or in the Solver Browser in HyperMesh.

    What would be a need to have a separated list?
