Hi Sam,
Have you checked for warnings during export to .idb in TuMan?

Hi Sam,
Thanks for sharing. Please note that generally the tunnel portals are open. TuMan does not define a closed tunnel. Nevertheless, if "Additional Data (Closed) is defined within a cross-section, TuMan creates a vertical wall and both end of the tunnel track. Please check the following explanation section :https://help.altair.com/winprop/topics/winprop/user_guide/wallman_tuman/tuman_usage/tunnel_cross_segment_groups.htmSection 4.5.2 Segment Groups
Coming back to the model you have shared, there seems to be an intersection violation with "Additional Data 5" and the closed curve of the Tunnel cross-section. It should be removed/modified. For reference, this requirement is mentioned in the same section above under Tunnel Wall.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,Zeina
