Nonlinear magnet describes by Hc and Br module

I would like to use this Nonlinear magnet describes by Hc and Br module to define permanent magnets magnetic property, but I do not understand what is this Transversal relative permeability. So, how do I define it and is the maximal relative permeability the same as relative permeability?

Hi,

Transversal relative permeability is the material permeability in the direction perpendicular to Br. Usualy the value is close to 1.
