How to check the DC motor performance?

Hello!

I'm simulating the Brushed DC motor. But there are many thing I don't understand. Flux file is attached!

1. My model is two brushes, their angle is 90 deg. I changed from ...+180 to ...+90 in the "Commutator segment angular position". Is this correct?

2. I want to know what the TETAINI is? How to identify?

3. I have the test result of the motor (attached). Can you tell me how to find the parameter (cogging torque, current, speed,...like the test result)?
