Invoke menu View>Entity State Browser
You can control which loadstep will be run by check on 'export' column

Thanks Tinh for the reply. Does the above step also work if my solver of choice is Optistruct? i.e. I won't be necessarily exporting any kind of input deck for Optistruct (perhaps done automatically by HM) unlike Nastran etc.
Still not a straightforward process...
