Hy  every body

I have a system with differnt components. alla the components are connencted each others with the connection TIE.

I need to perform a fatigue calculation with nCode, using the gliph for vibration exciter. I computed the FRF of my model with Hyperworks then i upload the .h3d file on Ncode to obtain the fatigue damage.

During the calculation in nCode, the software have a failed in a specific element. This element is part of the set i used for the TIE connection.

i dont know what's wrong with the simulation. Could the TIE connection be not suitable for nCode?

i share with you the HW model and nCode model

thank you in advance

i'm pretty sure nCode needs the connectivity to be explicitly defined in order to calculate weld load path and assess the fatigue. Probably for the interest regions you would need to have actual node connection for calculating the fatigue life.
