How to export my simulation data from Proman to Matlab?

I simulated my data as shown below but I want to compare my simulation data to another set of data on Matlab. How do I do it?

    You can export your power map via File -> Export -> Export Data (Area) -> Export ASCII (All) to generate a .txt file that you can read into Matlab.

    You can get such ASCII files generated automatically in your simulation folder by checking Project -> Edit project parameter -> Propagation -> Additional output of results in ASCII files.

    I don't know about the second picture, but I assume there must be another Export option for that.
