I would like to use Hypermesh for an Aerofoil validation using the inflation layer or Prisma layer. is their any help to know how to create the inflation layer using Hypermesh?

I don't know if there will be a specific tutorial for that, but I'd suggest you to start from a couple tutorials of from the self-paced training.
Hi, you can apply inflation in HyperWorks CFD itself by navigating to mesh controls > boundary layer.
