How to set background permittivity of the medium?

Hi,

I wish to set the permittivity of the background of the solid and permittivity for the solid sphere. I am not sure how to set the permittivity for both of the region. Can anyone help?

In FEKO, can we set the permittivity for the background as well beside for the solid?

    Yes, change Free Space.
